Place Your Bets

 

For my first entry, I would like to talk about football. With the Super Bowl right around the corner, I’m sure everyone is making their bets on who will be the champions for the NFL Super Bowl LV (55). I really can’t believe we’re at number 55. This year’s Super Bowl has taken the destination of Tampa’s Raymond James Stadium. This is an interesting moment in the game of football because no team has ever played the Super Bowl at their home field. The two teams competing are the Kansas City Chiefs, and obviously the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. My opinion on the game is that although I love Tom Brady, the Bucs quarterback, and I would love to see him get a home game Super Bowl win; I think that Patrick Mahomes is going to pull through and bring the championship back to Kansas City for the second year in a row. After a big win in the AFC championship, the Chiefs beat the Bills to secure a spot for Super Bowl 55, and I believe this is the exact momentum they needed going against the Bucs.
